BOOKINGS FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY.

The caravan is situated on the Hillside area at the top of the Park, within easy walking distance of the main 

complex.  There are no steep hills to climb.

​

The caravan is strictly NO SMOKING (not even in the doorway or on the steps) Pets however are welcome at a 

small fee – and covers must be used for furniture.

​

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and separate freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and  full gas cooker. All pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc are also included.

​

Electric log burner in the lounge. Electric panel  heating via radiators. Double glazing.  32” TV with DVD player. There is one double bedroom, with 24” TV - 2 twin bedrooms, two shower rooms with toilet & basin. One of the shower rooms is en-suite to the master bedroom. Smoke alarms and  two carbon monoxide detectors.

 

Gas and Electricity is included in the price.

Bed linen included and beds made up for most dates (please note that this may not be available for all dates but 

the price will be reduced accordingly.

 

Lead person must be over 25 (There may be some flexibility depending on the ages of the group). Couples and 

family groups only.
